The State budget of Cameroon for the 2024 financial year aims to resume economic dynamics and strengthen the inclusive nature of growth, the commissioning of major first generation projects, to continue the implementation of plans and reconstruction programs for regions affected by crises, particularly those in the North-West, South-West and the Far North; strengthening measures to fight against inflation.
To achieve its objectives, the government expect in particular on forecasts of tax and customs incomes. The 2024 Finance Law which was adopted includes innovations among of the institution of new tax and customs duties.
In order to enable you to control the tax and financial risks linked to the widening of the tax base and the increase in the tax burden and to enjoy the new tax advantages granted by the legislator, the DM & Partners Firm, member of HLB ACP Central Africa, organizes as part of its activities a training and information session on the following topic:
“Finance law 2024: Increasing tax pressure and strengthening tax measures”
This workshop will be held in Douala on the 2nd of February 2024 at the amphitheater of the GECAM headquarters building
