The State budget of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year aims to resume economic dynamics and strengthen the inclusive nature of growth, in order to promote the industrial transformation of our productive fabric and an improvement in the living conditions of the populations.
It also helps to strengthen security monitoring and continue reconstruction in the various conflict zones, particularly those in the (North-West, South-West, Far North), and to strengthen measures to fight the high cost of living in sectors such as agriculture, industry, pharmaceuticals, energy and import substitution.
To achieve these objectives, the government is counts in particular on forecasts of tax and customs revenues. The 2025 Finance Act that was adopted includes innovations that will be structured around measures including, the alignment of legislation with the dematerialization of procedures, the strengthening of taxpayers' guarantee rights, the strengthening of tax measures to support private investment in job creation, the improvement of tax education and communication, the consolidation of the reform of the annual summary declaration of individuals, the establishment of new tax, customs and non-tax measures as well as the improvement of the business climate.
In order to enable you to control the tax and financial risks linked to the widening of the tax base and the increase in the tax burden and to enjoy the new tax advantages granted by the legislator, the DM & Partners Firm, member of HLB ACP Central Africa, organizes as part of its activities a training and information session on the following topic:
